Deposit $200. Deposits are non-refundable due to cancellation or no-show.
Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms on main floor (1 queen and 1 full), finished basment with 2 queen beds, and sofa sleeper in living room on main floor. 
Pet Policy: Dogs only allowed (2 maximum). $25 per dog. 
Smoking Policy: No smoking allowed. Ashtrays available outside.
