The Northern Oconto County area offers you beautiful scenery....800 acres of lakes right from your dock...hundreds of miles of hiking and ATV/UTV trails...and not a single stop light!
Port Townsend Resort is located on the 800+ acre Townsend Flowage near Townsend, Wisconsin. The Townsend Flowage is a full recreation lake, offering phenomenal waterskiing, jet skiing, fishing and swimming in the summer and ice fishing in the winter. Northern Oconto County offers a wide variety of opportunity for recreation, with miles and miles of hiking trails, ATV and snowmobile trails and just an excellent place to relax. Townsend is snowmobile friendly offering open snowmobile routes right to your cabin door. Townsend offers great snow in the wintertime, since it is located in one of the highest elevations in the State of Wisconsin.
Townsend is also very ATV and UTV friendly--all Townsend roads are open to ATV’s and UTV's, meaning you can drive your ATV/UTV right to your cottage.
The cottages are located just over the Nicolet bridge with a commanding southern view of the Townsend Flowage.
